Such a great scoop, Ben. I’m disgusted with Rolex and so upset at this would-be authoritarian nightmare attending on Sunday that I likely won’t watch. The worst part will be if the wealthy crowd doesn’t do the bare minimum in booing him and if Jannik and Carlos are forced to meet him. What an awful, awful thing for Rolex to do. Loathsome brand
The crowd at the US Open is so wealthy I’m worried they won’t do their one job as New Yorkers and boo him. He has declared war on US cities in blue states so booing him is the least they could manage….
Tomorrow will provide so much insight into the kind of crowd now attending the US Open vs ten years ago (when it was also expensive to go, but they rightly booed him) and just how representative of NYC attendees are. No boos from fearful cowardly influencers/corporate sellouts/ people who “voted for him for the tax cuts” will tell us just how removed the crowd now is from the city it is supposed to represent.
It’s beyond loathsome from Rolex. Their desperation for a break on tariffs (which they probably won’t even get since Trump can’t be trusted on anything) means the entire tennis world on Sunday has to suffer with that pile of garbage present. If any wealthy customers of Rolex have ANY conscience (doubtful) they’ll buy from some other overpriced luxury watch brand.

Great get, Ben.
The reception Trump receives
will be interesting. Guaranteed media here in Australia won’t ignore it!

New York, don't let us down. (I have more faith in you than some of the commenters here, apparently.)
Man, Steffi looks so uncomfortable.
Sadly I don't think he will be booed as much this time
I wouldn't be surprised if anyone who dares is briskly whisked out of the stadium...

Money talks, Rolex walks. Good job, Ben.
Any insight into what Sinner's physical issues were, didn't look himself at all. Sick again?
